Charlotte Attry is a journalist and author. Specializing in social issues and life transitions, her work explores territories that are still considered taboo.

After studying modern literature, journalism, and psychology, she worked for more than ten years in French television. She investigated, wrote, directed, and supervised reports for France 2, France 3, TF1, and M6. At the same time, she regularly contributed to print media, notably with Milan Presse and French Media Group.

Since 2017, she has published several books focusing on the upheavals of women’s intimate lives—menopause, empty nest syndrome, and relationship crises—and their impact on emotional and psychological balance.

Through her books, columns, and public speaking engagements, Charlotte Attry combines journalistic rigor, empathy, and humor to shed light on the underlying mechanisms at work.
