I am Charlotte Attry, a journalist and author. Specializing in social issues and life transitions, my work explores territories that are still considered taboo.

After studying modern literature, journalism, and psychology, I worked for over ten years in French television. I investigated, wrote, produced, and supervised reports for France 2, France 3, TF1, and M6. At the same time, I have consistently collaborated with the print press, notably with Milan Presse and French Media Group.

Since 2017, I have published several books on major shifts in women’s intimate lives—menopause, empty-nest syndrome, and relationship crises—and their impact on emotional and psychological balance.

Through my books, columns, and public speaking, I combine journalistic rigor, empathy, and humor to shed light on the mechanisms at work.
